I guess you are wondering why I have a picture of ice cream....BLUE BELL ice cream. Well Super Bowl Sunday was not only a day to watch the Patriots get their butts kicked, me turn another year older, but it was also....Meteorologists Day. WHO KNEW!! So on Tuesday Blue Bell recognized area meteorologists with not just 2 1/2 gallons of ice cream...but 4!! Unfortunately Todd has a kind heart and shared the choc. covered strawberries and some other nutty kind (kids would't like) with his friends at work....and brought home vanilla and butter pecan. Who doesn't love vanilla though? It will have to sit in the freezer for a while since the majority of this house gave up sweets for Lent. Sundays still don't count right?Then the other news is Nicole made the Social Studies Fair at school. First they have to present to the class and then the teacher picks who moves on. Nicholas makes 175/175 on his which he did the Rocky Mountains and Nicole made a 169/175 and moves on...BUT she did hers on the Pets of the White House. It was a good topic, just wasn't sure how she was going to write about it, but it came out good and she enjoyed doing it...so she just has to retype her report and turn that in on Monday. So we will see.

No, it was just sent to Todd...not any of the other meteorologists.
Proud of our twins!! And their daddy too. He deserves that ice cream!! Grandma & Grandpa K.
