Ok, of course my stupid camera can NOT take pictures when it is dark. We had our PSR dinner at Zolocos in Shreveport...nice little place and the food was DE-LICIOUS. But anyway Phillip in the middle is going to Iraq and leaves next Thurs and will be there until September. His wife Michelle is on the right and Patricia who teaches with me is on the left. Marcie our DRE is behind them trying to get everyones attention.
Here we are about to bless Phillip. Deacon Homer in the yellow, Fr Pike and Deacon Larry in the red shirt and Phillip in the white.
Its weird to know someone going over seas. So when you pray for our troops think of Phillip too. Fr Pike had his car break down, so Deacon Homer brought him to dinner.....well guess who got to take him home. There is nothing better than getting some one on one time with your priest. I went by myself so it was nice to have someone to talk to on the drive home and he is a sweet man and enjoyed the visit. Now I know a little more about him as he does me!!
