Weekend....before Gustav

Stephen is home. We picked him up yesterday since he doesn't have a car yet. New engine will have to be installed, not sure how long that will take, but for all our sake we hope it is soon!! Here he is playing ball with Nicholas and sporting his Green Bay wear.

Today we took the kids to the bowling alley. It is National Bowling Day. They try to get as many people in to bowl. Well for $1 per person to bowl, $1 shoe rental, $1 hot dogs and $1 drinks. That was a great deal. We bowled 2 games for $15 and lunch for $8.
Before the black lights.

With the black lights. Kids thought that was cool!!

LUNCH!

Now for the latest here with Hurricane Gustav. Schools are closed...here, (Per GOV. BOBBY JINDAL) yes here through Wednesday as we are getting a TON of evacuees up here. They need our schools and buses. Todd has to go in tomorrow after church for a briefing on the hurricane and then will do the 6 and 10 newscasts tomorrow evening. Monday is when it is suppose to hit New Orleans. We should get a ton of rain. Just will be interesting to see how this will all play out. Just pray for those down south, hate that they have to go through this again. The fair grounds is a refuge place for evacuees pets, so Nicole is happy the four-legged animals are being thought of too.
I am taking Stephen back to school Monday. He so far has classes next week. (mind you, he is NOT happy about that!!) But I guess will be when we have to make these days up.
