Christmas 2008

Hard to believe another Christmas has come and gone. We left on Tuesday Dec 23 and went up to Mom and Dad's house. Cheryl and Chris were already there and Shandra and Matt and kids came in the same day. Colleen and Logan came in on Wednesday and Vaitkus family came in on Christmas Day. Tuesday we decided to go to the ice rink and as we are on our way there, I realized that its raining thought....Why are we doing this? We of course get there and it was closed. The weather that day was warm.

Realizing this was not a good idea. But we did get out and look at the lights while we were in Hot Springs.
Went to mass on Christmas Eve. Mom's childrens choir sang along with Nicole and a few other grandkids. Came home and played a game. Bingo...played where you picked a prize but then you could trade it if you wanted to w/someone else. A lot of fun and the kids and adults had a great time.



Christmas Day Mom once again had to go direct and sing at the 8 and 10am masses. Dad had to serve at the 10, so while they were gone, we got dinner going. Opened presents after lunch.


Outside playing catch with the football and the kids out playing since the weather was so nice.

Andrew and Blake love Papa's blowups. Andrew always wanted them on when he got up in the morning.

The next day Friday we headed up to Missouri to see Todd's family. Unfortunately Greg and Todd were unable to come, but Tammy, James and Morgan were there when we arrived. Tammy brought her two dogs Truman and Herby. Nicole loved that!
Grandma took Stephen and Matthew to go play bingo but no winners. David came over with his girlfriend and visited with us. And of course we hit the mall while we were there. Nicholas has to find his Rams stuff....and he did.

David and his girlfriend Alisa stopped by to see us and visit.
